The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung’s Scholarship Department offers scholars a wide range of support, consisting of political education events and summer schools, workshops conducted both domestically and abroad, symposia, and educational trips.   • German language proficiency at B2 or higher level
  • Students pursuing a Master’s degree must be enrolled in a German state-recognized university
  • A German university must accept doctoral students
  • Scholarships for MA and doctoral students can be applied from Egypt, Libyan, Lebanon, Tunisia, and Yemen.

Instructions for application for Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships

Online applications for scholarships can be made. 1 October is the deadline for applications for grants that begin in the summer semester of next year (1 April) or 1 April for grants that start in the winter semester (1 October).
